“Black Lion came out to replace the furnace and add central air to my house recently. This required a lot of extra work, such as adding a return up through the interior of the house and attic and rerouting some water and gas pipes. The quality of the worksmanship was excellent. For example, they had to run a new return through the floor in the back of the closet, and the gap between the pipe and the hole they cut is minuscule, and they were able to seal it with flashing. The carpet around it even sits flush with the edge of the pipe. I was expecting to have to do a bunch of work afterward to make it look nice, but it looks great.”
